Telemetry RN Job in Lancaster, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position at MUSC Health - Lancaster in Lancaster, SC. This is a travel assignment lasting 91 days, starting August 31, 2026.

Role Overview

You will provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit serving adult and geriatric populations. Your responsibilities include cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, and comprehensive nursing care. You will work with Epic charting and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams.

Schedule and Compensation

This position offers 4x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with patient ratios of 1:6 to 1:7. Every other weekend is required. You will earn $2,592 per week. No on-call is required, and the facility allows call-off of up to one shift per two weeks. Block schedule accommodation can be requested prior to assignment but is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Current RN license: SC license or Compact license required before start date
• 2 years of nursing experience minimum
• Travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers are not accepted
• Med/Surg experience required
• Telemetry experience preferred, including dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS

Facility Details

You may float within scope to meet facility needs or between like units and sister facilities as needed. Attendance at staff meetings is required. Scrubs should be royal blue. Parking is provided at no cost. After two call-outs without documented medical reason, your contract may be considered for cancellation.

Interdisciplinary support is available including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, and rapid response teams.
