Position Overview

You will staff Med/Surg Telemetry patients as a float pool nurse, collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to provide individualized patient care. Your responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, implementing care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, and directing nursing support staff according to departmental standards and policies.

Required Credentials and Certifications

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
• Multi-State Compact RN License
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• Stroke Certification
• Telemetry Certification
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in your specialty preferred
