Case Management RN Job in Juneau, AK

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse with Case Management experience for a full-time, day-shift position at Juneau Specialty Clinic – OB/GYN in Juneau, Alaska. This is a 91-day contract assignment, starting November 16, 2026, with weekly pay of $3,231.

About the Role

You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care in an outpatient OB clinic setting. Your responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care across the continuum of care. You will administer medications and treatments safely per provider orders and policy, perform comprehensive patient assessments, and recognize significant changes in patient condition.

Working with the nursing process, you will develop, implement, evaluate, and revise individualized nursing plans of care based on patient needs. You will exercise independent nursing judgment in determining appropriate nursing actions, interventions, and priorities, and collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate referrals, follow-up care, and continuity of services
• Provide patient and family education related to care, medications, and discharge needs
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the electronic health record
• Advocate for patient care and assist patients in navigating the healthcare system
• Participate in quality and performance improvement activities
• Maintain required competencies, certifications, and complete all mandatory training
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment with adequate supplies and equipment upkeep
• Float to other departments or assignments as needed

Requirements

• Active Alaska nursing license required at time of submittal
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
• OB Case Management experience required
• BLS certification required
• Case Management certification preferred
