PCU Registered Nurse Job in Utica, NY

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at MVHS Inc. in Utica, NY. This is a travel position lasting 89 days, with a start date of August 24, 2026.

Shift and Schedule

• 3x12-hour night shifts: 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Block scheduling is not guaranteed
• Floating to other units is required

Role Responsibilities

You will care for patients with neurological, cardiac, trauma, and respiratory conditions, including COPD, DKA, sepsis, MI, cardiovascular stepdown, and post-operative patients. You'll work with specialty equipment such as temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, and Neptune Vapo systems.

Requirements

• Active New York RN license with NURSYS verification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IMCU/PCU
• Travel experience required and documented on resume
• EMR experience with EPIC
• Current certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Skills checklist matching PCU specialty

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,457.18.

Uniform

Navy blue scrubs required.
