Telemetry RN Job in Lufkin, TX

Woodland Heights Medical Center is seeking an RN for a Telemetry position on a 45-bed Med/Surg unit in Lufkin, TX. This is a day shift role running 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM with a rotating schedule. You'll care for patients at a 6:1 ratio and be expected to float as needed.

Position Details:

• Day shift hours: 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM
• Rotating schedule required
• 48-hour shifts available upon request at time of submission
• Block schedule option available for straight weekends only
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating required to other units
• Patient ratio: 6:1
• Unit size: 45 beds

Assignment Details:

• Travel duration: 91 days
• Start date: November 30, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,937
• EMR system: MEDHOST
• Scrub color: Dark Navy Blue

Requirements:

• RN license with minimum 1 year experience
• Experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Wound Care required
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Must reside greater than 50 miles from facility
• Permanent home address required on application

Time Off:

• Blackout period: December 24th through December 25th
