ED - Emergency Room

Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call required
• Team nursing patient ratios for days, nights, and weekends
• Daily census of 25-30 patients
• Facility operates 6 rooms and 5 beds
• May be floated to sister facilities as needed within scope
• Treat patients across all age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform skills including central line care and management, continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors, procedural sedation administration and monitoring, phlebotomy, triage, starting and maintaining IVs, and isolation precautions
• Charting system: Epic - experience required
• Scrub color: Royal Blue
• Parking is provided at no cost
• 2 years of experience required, travel experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Previous charge experience required
• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
• SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
