ED - Emergency Room

Job Details:

• Night shift position in the Emergency Room
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Must be able to pass Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test and Medication Test on the first day of orientation - one chance to pass
• Holiday requirement: 1 holiday with 2 on-call or additional shifts per 6 weeks, OR 2 holidays with no on-call or additional shifts
• On-call requirements apply per holiday schedule above
• Block scheduling is not available
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility - local candidates will not be accepted
• All requested time off must be included on the initial submission - RTO requested after the fact will not be considered
• Attendance policy in effect - missing more than two shifts per 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review for cancellation
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; 2 years preferred
• Recent EPIC experience preferred but not required
• Pending license accepted but must be obtained prior to starting
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH
• Modules are not required
