Physical Therapist Job in Santa Rosa, CA

Join Sutter Health Santa Rosa Regional Hospital as a Physical Therapist in our inpatient rehabilitation unit. You will deliver acute care physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a structured, supportive environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work 5 x 8-hour day shifts with some weekend shifts required
• Treat 6 patients per day, or 3 patients on weekends
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide treatment in orthopedics and neurology specialties
• Deliver gait training, therapeutic exercises, and mobility assistance
• Work with adaptive and assistive devices including Hoyer lifts, gait belts, walkers, and wheelchairs
• No on-call requirement

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• California PT licensure
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience from an inpatient unit
• Orthopedics and neurology treatment experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epic charting system

Assignment Details
