Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Zanesville, OH

Genesis Healthcare System is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient pediatric rehabilitation in Zanesville, Ohio. You will work Monday through Friday on a day shift, providing 40 hours per week across five 8-hour shifts. The facility is closed on weekends and major holidays.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to an existing caseload of 50 pediatric rehabilitation patients
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with pediatric rehabilitation standards

Requirements:

• Therapy degree with Physical Therapist credentials
• Minimum 2 years of current pediatric rehabilitation experience
• Current Ohio physical therapy license and registry status (cannot be in process at time of submission)
• BLS certification required

Compensation and Assignment:

You will receive $2,732 per week. This is a 91-day assignment beginning September 28, 2026.

Additional Details:

This role replaces an existing therapist and offers the opportunity to work with an established patient population in a stable outpatient setting. Candidates requesting multiple time-off days will be considered lower priority for scheduling flexibility.
