ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel position at Community Mercy Home Care in Springfield, OH. This is a 91-day assignment starting May 11, 2026, offering a stable schedule in post-acute care.

Position Details

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8 days per week)
• Rotating weekends and holidays required
• Weekly pay: $2,190
• Assignment length: 91 days

What You'll Do

You will provide physical therapy services in a post-acute care setting, working with patients as they progress toward their recovery goals. You'll conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and document patient progress using the facility's computerized charting system.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license (required to submit)
• BLS certification
• BSN not required

The hospital reserves the right to cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment period, or up to 3 shifts for assignments shorter than 13 weeks. Plan your assignment with this policy in mind.
