Physical Therapist Job in Mason, OH

Beacon Mason North is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient role in Mason, Ohio. This is a 5x8 day shift position with an 89-week duration, starting August 24, 2026.

Role Overview

You will work in an outpatient physical therapy setting focused on orthopedic and sports medicine care, as well as post-operative rehabilitation. You will see 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week. Double-booking of follow-up visits is standard practice in this setting.

Schedule and Hours

• 36 hours guaranteed per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours
• Overtime must be approved by the director prior to working any additional hours
• You will not float to other clinic locations

Requirements and Experience

• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates will not be accepted
• First-time travelers are welcome

Compensation

You will receive $2,047 per week.
