Job Details:

• Work 12-hour rotating shifts covering days, evenings, and nights in the Main Operating Room
• Option to work 48 hours per week
• Scrub in for a wide variety of surgical specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, urology, cardiac, neuro, vascular, ophthalmic, GYN, ENT, thoracic, oral-maxillofacial, and trauma
• Assist with procedures utilizing two Da Vinci robotic systems used across multiple services
• Support transplant program involving liver, kidney, and heart transplants
• Work within a Level 1 Trauma Center environment
• NBSTSA Certification or minimum 10 years of experience as a Surgical Technician required
• Minimum 2 years of surgical technician experience required
• Operating room experience in a Level 1 trauma center preferred
• Must be able to scrub
• Required certification: BLS (American Heart Association only)
• NBSTSA Tech License (NY License only) or 10 years of experience required
