Job Details:

• 4x12 shift schedule with every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) required
• Must work two out of three paired holidays: 11/27 & 11/28, 12/24 & 12/25, and 12/31 & 1/1
• Float required between Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan locations
• Minimum 18 months recent ICU experience required, with 2 years overall experience preferred
• NBRC (RRT) and Indiana license required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, RRT
• Education must be accredited through CoARC and regionally accredited through CHEA
• Preferred charting system experience: Cerner
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
• Required skills include: Adult Critical Care, BiPAP, CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Intubation Assist, Tracheostomy care/management, Weaning from mechanical ventilation, Drawing arterial blood gases, Aerosol setup, Oral/nasal suctioning, Sputum specimen collection, and Troubleshooting high pressure alarms
• First time travelers accepted
