Emergency Department RN Job in Shawnee Mission, KS

You'll work as an RN in a small, focused emergency department setting in the Overland Park area near Shawnee Mission, Kansas. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning August 17, 2026.

Shift & Schedule

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
• Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend availability required
• No on-call responsibilities

The Role

You'll provide direct patient care in a 9-bed emergency unit with a lean team of 3 nurses. This non-trauma emergency department offers the opportunity to work in a streamlined environment where you can develop strong relationships with your team while managing a manageable patient load.

What You Bring

• Current RN license
• National nursing certification required
• Previous travel healthcare experience required

Compensation

You'll receive $1,986 weekly. This assignment offers predictable scheduling with fixed shifts and no on-call obligations, allowing you to balance work and personal time.
