ED - Emergency Room

Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts with weekend shifts scheduled as needed
• No on-call responsibilities
• Must be willing and able to float across campuses when needed including Rock Island, Moline, and Bettendorf locations
• Minimum of 24 months of ER/Emergency Room experience required
• First-time travelers welcomed with at least 24 months of ER experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• Experience with critical emergency drips including pressors, antiarrhythmic, and sedation required
• Experience with BiPAP and ventilators required
• Experience with cardiac monitors and IV pumps required
• Required certifications: TNCC, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)
• CPI, MOAB, MAB, or SAMA certification highly preferred; non-certified clinicians must obtain during onboarding
• Iowa nursing license required
• Work history/resume with all gaps over 30 days clearly explained required
• Skills checklist specific to ER/Emergency Room discipline required
• One supervisory reference completed within the last 24 months required
• License verification less than 30 days old required
• Active driver's license with taxable address 50 miles from facility required
• Must be willing to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year
