ED RN Job in Windber, PA

Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center at Windber is seeking an RN (Registered Nurse) for the Emergency Department. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 7, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: Emergency Department (ED)
• Shift: 3x12 nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekly pay: $2,125.44
• Duration: 91 days

Responsibilities

You will deliver acute care nursing in a fast-paced emergency setting, managing patient assessment, treatment, and documentation using the MEDITECH charting system. Weekends and holidays are required as scheduled.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
• BSN not required

Important Contract Terms

• The facility may cancel up to 2 shifts per 13-week contract period
• No guaranteed hours during orientation week, when the unit is closed, on holidays, or during weeks with approved time off
