ED RN Job in Georgetown, TX

Join Georgetown Hospital (St.Davids) as a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced 23-bed emergency setting.

What You'll Do

• Manage a patient ratio of 4:1 in the Emergency Department
• Perform clinical procedures including cardioversion, TNK administration, and moderate sedation
• Utilize Welch Allyn/GE equipment and Meditech EMR system
• Work scheduled weekend shifts as required by facility operations
• No on-call requirements

Schedule & Compensation

This is a night shift position: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You'll receive 36 or 48 guaranteed hours per week, based on facility approval. Weekly pay is $2,205. The assignment runs for 91 days, beginning September 24, 2026.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 1 year of ED experience; 2 years preferred
• Current ALS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• Current ENPC or PALS certification
• Navy blue scrubs required
