CT Technologist Job in Greensboro, NC

Cone Health – Wesley Long Community Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Greensboro, NC. You will work five 8-hour evening shifts per week, Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, for a 91-day engagement starting September 14, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,634.

Requirements:

• Current ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS, and RT-R-CT certifications
• 1 year of CT technologist experience
• Hands-on experience with Siemens equipment, including Siemens 64 Definition Somatom AS and Siemens 128 x.cite scanners
• Procedural experience with iSTATs, Power Ports, and PPACs
• EPIC EMR proficiency
• Ability to start peripheral IVs and perform iSTAT creatinine testing (training provided if needed)

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine CT imaging for abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, cervical, lumbar, thoracic, and vascular studies
• Execute advanced procedures including brain perfusion, coronary CTA, CT arthrography, colonography, and enterography
• Generate 3D reconstructions using maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, and volume rendering techniques
• Perform multiplanar reconstruction and region of interest measurements
• Prepare and administer contrast media
• Perform CT-guided aspirations, biopsies, and drainage procedures
• Work with diverse patient populations including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Provide imaging support in emergency department and ICU settings within a Level II Trauma Center
• Maintain strict adherence to isolation precautions and radiation safety protocols
