CT Technologist Job in Greensboro, NC

Cone Health – Wesley Long Community Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment in Greensboro, NC. You will work 4x10 hour shifts, scheduled Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM, earning $2,634 weekly.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of CT imaging experience
• ARRT CT and ARRT R certifications required
• BLS certification required
• RT-R-CT certification required
• Proficiency with Siemens equipment (64 Definition Somatom AS and 128 x.cite)
• EPIC EMR experience
• Procedural experience with iSTATs, Power Ports, and PPACs
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive CT imaging including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, cervical, lumbar, thoracic, sinuses, soft tissue neck, and vascular studies
• Execute specialized procedures such as biopsies, aspirations, drainage, brain perfusion, carotid studies, and coronary CTA
• Conduct advanced post-processing techniques including 3D rendering, maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, volume rendering, and multiplanar reconstruction
• Perform region of interest measurements
• Prepare and administer contrast media safely
• Start peripheral IVs and perform PPAC and iSTAT creatinine testing
• Maintain strict radiation safety protocols
• Provide professional care to patients across all age groups—adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Float to other Cone Health campus locations as needed
