CT Technologist Job in Asheville, NC

You'll work as a CT Technologist in the CT imaging unit located on the 2nd floor of the A Tower at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. This is a 182-day travel assignment running 3 nights per week (Friday–Sunday, 6:30 PM–7:00 AM) at $2,350 weekly, beginning August 20, 2026.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing diagnostic CT scans and invasive CT procedures
• Conducting ED trauma and stroke imaging
• Executing neuro, musculoskeletal, body, invasive, cardiac, and pediatric imaging procedures
• Operating GE Optima, GE EVO, and GE Revolution scanners, plus Medrad Injector equipment
• Using Cerner Rad Net and Phillips PACS electronic medical record systems
• Performing venipuncture as needed

What we need from you:

• ARRT (R) certification (required)
• Demonstrated skills across all areas of CT imaging, including diagnostic and invasive scans
• Competency in ED trauma and stroke imaging
• GE scanner experience, invasive CT expertise, cardiac imaging knowledge, and venipuncture skills strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a strong team member
• Self-motivation and flexibility

• Possible weekend shifts and rotation to alternate shifts
• Potential on-call requirement up to 12 hours per month
