Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, available as 3x12 or 4x12 schedule
• Every other weekend required, holidays as needed
• 2 years of experience required within the last 7 years
• Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment prior to consideration
• Adult Critical Care, Emergency Department, and Transport experience required
• RRT or CRT accepted; Maryland license required at time of submittal
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Charting system: Cerner
• Community hospital experience required
• Patient age groups include neonates, adults, and geriatrics
• Scrub color: Black
• Required skills include but are not limited to: BiPAP, CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, mechanical ventilation weaning, intubation assist, extubation, tracheostomy care and management, drawing arterial blood gases, interpretation of ABGs, ET tube management, patient transports, aerosol treatments, and chest physiotherapy
• Interdisciplinary support provided through Respiratory Services
