ICU - Intensive Care Unit

RN - ICU Neuro

Job Details:

• Work 12.5-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekly guaranteed hours of 36 or 48 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• Patient ratio of 1:2 in ICU; 1:3 when floating to IMC
• Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU based on experience
• May also float to any IMC within the organization
• Care for patients with medical complications including sepsis, ARDS, GI bleeds, and DKA
• 3 years of ICU experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, NIHSS
• EMR system: EPIC
• Non-specific scrub color required
• Candidate must demonstrate outstanding patient care, strong team communication, and a drive to excel both individually and as part of a team
