ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 12.5-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekly guaranteed hours of 36 or 48 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• Minimum 3 years of ICU experience required
• Patient ratio of 1:2 in the ICU setting
• Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU based on experience
• May float to IMC units with patient ratios of 1:3
• Care for patients with medical complications including sepsis, ARDS, GI bleeds, and DKA
• Work within a tertiary care and teaching environment
• Unit consists of 32 beds (20 Medical ICU and 12 Neuro ICU)
• EMR system: EPIC
• Required certifications: ACLS, NIHSS
• Non-specific scrub color required
