Telemetry RN Job in Lewisville, TX

You will work as an RN on a 19-bed Surgical Telemetry Unit at Medical City Lewisville. This is a 91-day travel assignment with a day shift schedule of 7 AM to 7 PM, three days per week. Your weekly pay is $1,674.

About the Role

You will provide direct patient care with a patient ratio of 1:6. Your responsibilities include patient ambulation, wound care, IV pump management using Baxter equipment, and vital sign monitoring with Welch Allyn machines. You will document all care in the Meditech EMR system. The unit operates with a charge nurse, 3–4 nurses (RN/LVN mix), and 1–2 patient care technicians on each shift.

Expectations

• Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Charge experience preferred
• Preceptor experience preferred
• Team player mentality and positive attitude
• Royal Blue scrubs (dress code)
