ED RN Job in El Paso, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in the emergency department at Las Palmas Medical Center El Paso. You will work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 3x12 schedule with 36 or 48 guaranteed hours based on facility approval.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 26-bed emergency department
• Manage a patient ratio of 4:1
• Perform clinical procedures including IV insertion, EKG, Foley catheterization, lumbar puncture, central line placement, moderate sedation, and cardioversion
• Operate equipment including ventilators, EKG monitors, and Teleneuro systems
• Use EMR Level 3 system for documentation and patient management
• No on-call requirements; four weekend days required during the 13-week period

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, and CPI certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• PALS, STABLE, and NRP certifications

• Assignment begins October 12, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,674
• Scrubs must be cobalt or royal blue only
