CT Technologist Job in Arlington, VA

Virginia Hospital Center is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Arlington, VA. You'll work three 12-hour day shifts per week, 11:00 PM to 11:00 AM, performing high-volume imaging across a busy radiology department.

About the Role

You'll operate CT scanners in a department that processes approximately 130 visits daily across three rooms. Your responsibilities include scanning the abdomen, pelvis, chest, and head with and without contrast; initiating peripheral IVs; performing brain perfusion studies; creating multiplanar reconstructions; and conducting vascular CTA, cervical, lumbar, musculoskeletal trauma, and thoracic imaging. You'll work with patients ranging from adolescents to geriatrics and use the Epic electronic charting system—online Epic training is provided on Day 1.

What You'll Need

• ARRT Registered CT Technologist certification
• Virginia state license or proof of application with active licensure from another state
• Minimum two years of CT imaging experience
• BLS certification
• Documented experience with GE or Siemens scanners and PACS systems
• Competency across all exam types listed above

Compensation & Schedule

You'll earn $2,574 per week for a 13-week assignment beginning October 12, 2026. Shifts are three 12-hour periods during overnight hours (11:00 PM–11:00 AM).
