Occupational Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Rotating weekend schedule required
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week assignment length
• Call requirements to be discussed during interview
• Perform in-patient rehab occupational therapy including neuro and ortho patient evaluations and treatments
• Perform acute care evaluations and treatments in ortho, tele, and ICU settings
• Minimum 2+ years of hospital experience required
• Must have in-patient rehab and/or hospital experience
• 2-3 years of experience in rehab and/or acute hospital preferred
• Active OT license required - no temporary licenses accepted
• BLS certification required
• Documentation system: Meditech
• May float to ante/gyn as needed
• Scrub color: Hunter Green
• Nails must be clean and healthy - no artificial nails, gel, or next gen allowed
• Hair must be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors; must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer
• Body art should be covered whenever possible
• Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited, including nose rings and tongue rings
