Telemetry RN Job in Orangeburg, SC

MUSC Health Orangeburg is seeking an RN for a Telemetry position. You will work 3x12 day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM with a patient ratio of 1:6. Every other weekend is required.

Assignment Details

• 91-day contract beginning November 3, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,944
• No on-call required
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Floating within scope to meet facility needs is required
• Block schedule may be requested prior to assignment but is not guaranteed
• Free parking provided
• Scrub color: Royal Blue

Requirements

• Current SC license or Compact license required prior to start
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted

Experience & Skills

• Med-Surg/Telemetry experience with dysrhythmia interpretation and telemetry monitoring
• Cardiac telemetry and management of dysrhythmias
• Peripheral line care and management
• Oxygen administration
• Isolation precautions and PPE
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Epic charting system experience preferred

Patient Population

You will care for adults and geriatrics with common medical conditions including diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease, ESRD, chronic respiratory illnesses, and arrhythmias.
