Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
• Average daily census of 8 patients
• Required certification: BLS
• Required skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Angioplasty, Aortography, Central Venous Access (non-Tunneled/PICC lines), EVAR (Endovascular Aneurysm Repair), Hybrid OR, Interventional Radiology, PACS, Special Procedures, TEVAR (Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair)
• Unit systems: Epic, Pyxis, PACS
• Scrubs provided by the facility
• Every other weekend required unless otherwise specified
• Call requirements: 10 days per month
• Floating within the facility and scope of practice as needed
• Holiday coverage expected: if 1-2 major holidays fall within assignment period, traveler is expected to work all of them; if 3 major holidays fall within assignment period, traveler is expected to work 2 of them
• Major holidays include: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off per contract; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission
• RTO blackout dates: Spring Break (April 4th–12th)
• Interdisciplinary support available: Rapid Response Teams, Transportation
