CVOR Technologist Job in Winchester, VA

Join Winchester Medical Center as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) work. You'll support complex surgical procedures in a 6-bed OR suite equipped with advanced robotic technology.

Role Overview

You'll work 4x10 day shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM with 36 guaranteed hours per week. There are no weekend or on-call requirements, though float assignments across departments may apply. Your responsibilities include preparing surgical instruments, maintaining the sterile field, and assisting the surgical team during procedures—with direct exposure to DV5 Robot equipment and trauma cases.

What We're Looking For

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from NBSTSA
• Minimum 2+ years of CST/OR experience
• Demonstrated experience in trauma and robotic-assisted procedures
• Preferred experience in ambulatory surgery center settings and robotics
• Current BLS certification
• Virginia State License (must be in pending status at minimum upon start date)
• NBSTSA Certificate is strictly required—no exceptions or substitutions

Compensation and Benefits

You'll earn $2,190 per week. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning September 28, 2026.
