PCU RN Job in Lebanon, NH

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an RN for a 16-bed Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit at D-H Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. This is a travel nursing role offering a bridge between acute care and cardiovascular critical care for complex patients.

Position Details

• Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Schedule: 4x12 Nights (36 or 48 hours per week available)
• Duration: 89 days
• Start Date: October 26, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $3,170
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:3

Your Responsibilities

• Care for patients transitioning from critical care following illness, recovering from cardiovascular procedures, or requiring a higher level of care
• Perform continuous invasive pressure monitoring including arterial line and CVP monitoring
• Manage vasopressor infusions such as phenylephrine and norepinephrine
• Manage inotrope infusions including milrinone and dobutamine
• Perform transvenous and epicardial temporary pacing
• Manage chest tubes, perform phlebotomy, and insert peripheral IVs
• Utilize cardiovascular assessment, telemetry, and clinical judgment to recognize early signs of patient deterioration

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of progressive level of care or critical care nursing experience
• Cardiology or cardiac surgery specialty experience required
• ACLS certification required
• 2 years of critical care experience highly preferred (does not need to be cardiac ICU specific)
• Charge RN and precepting experience preferred
