PCU Registered Nurse Job in Keene, NH

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in our PCU (Progressive Care Unit) at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week with a 36-hour weekly guarantee.

Compensation and Schedule

• Weekly pay: $2,367
• Shift: 3x12 Nights
• Start date: October 26, 2026
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• No on-call responsibilities
• No block scheduling accommodated
• Maximum 5 days of requested time off accepted; all RTO must be noted and verified at upload

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Participate in patient and family teaching
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient care team personnel
• Maintain professional nursing practice standards in the clinical setting
• May float to Kingsbury as needed

Required Qualifications and Experience

• New Hampshire RN license or Compact license
• Minimum 2+ years of Med-Surg experience
• Cardiac drip experience required—must be noted on profile
• Dementia experience and management required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Required certifications: NIH Stroke Certification, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
• NIHSS certification strongly preferred

• Professional scrubs required (no logos)—traveler provided
• Personal vehicle required—this is a small community without public transportation
• Must be available to work at least two of the following holiday blocks if scheduled: Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after; Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after; New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and weekend after
