Physical Therapist Job in Stockton, CA

You will work as a Physical Therapist in a home health care setting in Stockton, California. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting October 12, 2026, with Monday through Friday day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Your Role

You will see 4–5 patients per 8-hour day and treat patients of all ages who present with complex medical histories and multiple comorbidities. You will perform standard physical therapy duties and complete all required documentation within one day of each patient visit. A manager or supervisor is available 24/7 for support and clinical questions.

Requirements

• Valid California PT license
• BLS Certification
• Prior home health care experience
• Valid driver's license and current car insurance

Logistics

You will use the HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) electronic medical record system. Mileage between patient visits is billable at the GSA rate, so you will need reliable transportation and the ability to travel between home health locations throughout your assignment area.

Compensation

You will earn $2,373 per week for this assignment. The 91-day duration provides stability and continuity with your patient caseload.
