RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Night shift position on P3CD unit
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Float as needed
• 29-bed unit
• 2+ years of experience required
• Manage chronic illness and disability needs
• Perform daily physical assessments and with change in patient status
• Administer medications as ordered
• Update and review care planning weekly
• Update and review patient education weekly
• Write clinical notes as needed
• Ensure patient safety and advocate for patient well-being
• Utilize Epic EMR system
• Required certifications: BLS, RN License
• Scrub color: Any color
• Must be fragrance free
