PT - Physical Therapist Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work 5x8-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Occasional Saturday on-call coverage required
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• This role primarily serves the outpatient patient population with approximately 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient caseload
• Treat patients across adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups
• Outpatient caseload focuses on orthopedic conditions including low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, and post-operative knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle cases, as well as stroke and vestibular rehabilitation
• Inpatient population includes post-operative patients, individuals with generalized weakness, stroke patients, and those requiring assistance with basic mobility and functional recovery
• Swing-bed rehabilitation program provides short-term rehabilitation of typically 2 to 3 weeks focused on helping patients regain function and safely return home
• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required
• Daily census of 12 patients
• Charting system: Cerner (preferred experience)
• Free parking on site
• Required certifications: BLS, Manual Therapy
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Pending state license accepted
