PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - Stepdown

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Patient ratio of 1:4 on days, nights, and weekends
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call required
• Holiday rotation required
• Float required within the facility as needed, agency staff will float first
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• 2 years of experience required; must have ICU and/or Stepdown experience
• First-time travelers accepted with prior ICU and/or Stepdown experience
• South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Preferred certification: NIHSS
• Charting system: Epic (preferred experience)
• Scrub color: Royal blue
• Free parking available
• Block schedule available upon request prior to assignment, but not guaranteed
• Patients served include adults and geriatrics
• 12-bed unit
