Telemetry RN Job in Frisco, TX

Medical City Frisco is seeking a registered nurse for our telemetry unit. You will work a 3x12 night shift schedule (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) on a weekend-based rotation; specifics will be discussed during your interview.

What you'll do:

• Provide direct patient care and telemetry monitoring in a fast-paced med-surg environment
• Document patient information in our Meditech system
• Float to other units as needed per facility policy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care

What we're looking for:

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to call requirements (details to be confirmed during interview)

What you'll earn:

$1,525 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 to 40 hours per week. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning September 14, 2026.

Appearance standards:

Hair must be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors; beards and facial hair must be neatly trimmed. Hair longer than shoulder length must be pulled back. Artificial nails, gel, and gel-like products are not permitted—nails must be clean and healthy. Body art should be covered whenever possible. Visible piercings are limited to the ears; nose rings and tongue rings are prohibited.
