Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Phoenix, AZ

St. Josephs Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced RN (Registered Nurse) for a 91-day travel assignment in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. You will work 3 shifts per week on a 12-hour day schedule, from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with call requirements and 4 weekend shifts per 4-week rotation.

Role Responsibilities:

• Circulate in a 5-room Cath Lab facility (3 main rooms, 1 EP lab, 1 hybrid room)
• Support 10 to 25 cases per day including interventional, EP lab, peripheral, cardiology, vascular, MitraClip, TAVR, IABP, and EMTALA placement procedures
• Utilize Cerner and Xper EMR systems, Phillips and Siemens equipment
• Maintain 30-minute response time for on-call shifts
• Work holidays as part of rotation schedule

Requirements:

• Current Arizona RN license
• ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications required
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Pass Dysrhythmia Exam with minimum score of 80% prior to contract start (two attempts allowed)
• Complete SIMs Lab assessments including Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes (pass/fail)
• BSN not required
