Job Details:

• 13-week travel assignment starting as soon as possible
• Shift start time varies with two scheduling options: 4x10-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM) or 5x8-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
• Guaranteed hours: 72 bi-weekly
• Call requirements: 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month
• Patient ratio: 1:1
• Floating to other units not required
• Block scheduling not available
• Scope of role: RN for surgical cases including circulating, general, and robotic cases
• Unit consists of 4 operating rooms
• 1 week of approved orientation
• Scrubs provided by the hospital
• EMR system: Cerner
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Indiana RN licensure required
• Must reside greater than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
• Driver's license and permanent home address must be included on submission and address must match ID
• Required license and certifications must be attached to submission or will be rejected
