OR RN Job in Lafayette, IN

Franciscan Health Lafayette is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for their Operating Room. You will work a 4x10 schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a varying day off each week. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning September 21, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 36 guaranteed weekly hours
• Weekend shifts on-call only
• Weekday and weekend call requirements apply
• Weekly pay: $2,482

Role Details

You will work in a 10-OR unit supporting a diverse range of surgical cases, including general, orthopedic, spine, neuro, GYN, ENT, robotics, urology, podiatry, vascular, and open heart procedures. You will operate various OR equipment and use the EPIC electronic medical record system. There are no float requirements, and surgery scrubs are provided.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse License
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• 3+ years of nursing experience
• Robotics training preferred
• Vascular and open heart experience preferred but not required
