ICU Registered Nurse Job in Longview, TX

Longview Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our ICU on a 91-day travel assignment. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with no on-call or 48-hour shift requirements.

Shift & Schedule

• 3x12 night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• No on-call responsibilities
• No 48-hour shifts or block scheduling

Patient Care

• ICU patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 across 24 beds plus 2 recovery beds
• Float assignments to HVU (High Acuity Unit) and PCU (Progressive Care Unit) with 1:4 patient ratio

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Texas
• 2+ years of ICU or critical care experience
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Current TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• Residence requirement: greater than 50 miles from facility

Work Environment

• EMR system: MEDHOST (facility currently converting to Cerner)
• Dress code: any solid color scrubs
