Operating Room RN Job in Hendersonville, TN

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room at Hendersonville Medical Center, a 10-bed surgical unit with 24-hour coverage. This is a backfill travel position running 91 days, starting September 21, 2026.

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform RN circulating duties in the operating room
• Manage a 1:1 patient ratio per surgery
• Operate and work with surgical equipment throughout your shift
• Document patient care and surgical details using the MEDITECH electronic documentation system
• Support surgical teams in a fast-paced environment

Schedule and Compensation

You'll work 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, with shifts running 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM. Your weekly pay is $2,221.

Requirements

• Current RN certification
• Demonstrated circulating skills
• Ability to work in a surgical setting with established protocols

What to Expect

You'll wear ceil blue scrubs and work within a structured surgical unit that handles diverse cases.
