West Shore Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment in Alameda, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to provide direct patient care in a post-acute setting while enjoying flexible scheduling options.

Schedule & Compensation:

• 30 hours guaranteed per week
• Shift: Rotating
• Flexible scheduling available—choose Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
• Weekly Pay: $2,049

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services to patients in a post-acute care environment. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and functional goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Current Physical Therapist license
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
