Position Details

• Specialty: Emergency Department (ED)
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12-hour days from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Duration: 91 days
• Weekly Pay: $1,808

Facility Information

• 50-bed Emergency Department
• EMR System: Meditech
• Day shift staffing: 7–8 RNs and 2–3 EMT/Medic personnel
• Mid shift staffing: 8–10 RNs
• Night shift staffing: 7–8 RNs and 2–3 EMT/Medic personnel

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency department care across all patient acuities
• Patient ratios typically 1:4 to 1:5 (not guaranteed)
• Monitor and operate EKG, cardiac monitors, and blood glucose monitoring equipment
• Support trauma care, stroke protocols, and critical interventions

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital ED experience
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, CPI Blue Card
• Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
• Stroke experience preferred
