Emergency Room RN Job in Delta, CO

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room at Delta County Memorial Hospital in Delta, Colorado. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 7, 2026, with a schedule of three 12-hour night shifts per week. Weekly pay is $2,296.

Your Role

You will provide direct nursing care to emergency room patients, performing triage assessments and determining priority of care based on physical, psychological, and social needs. You will conduct focused assessments of chief complaints in a timely manner according to established triage guidelines. Daily responsibilities include patient movement, blood sample collection, wound cleaning and bandaging, medication administration, and supply maintenance. You will carry out all patient care according to hospital policies and procedures within the scope of the Colorado Nurse Practice Act.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage patients and prioritize care needs
• Perform physical and psychological assessments
• Administer medications and maintain patient supplies
• Document care and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary emergency team members

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license
• BLS certification (required upon hire)
• ACLS certification (required upon hire)
• TNCC certification (required upon hire or within 1 year)
• Minimum two years of critical care nursing experience preferred

Additional Certifications

ENPC is preferred. ENPC or PALS certification is required within 6 months of hire. Specialty certification for specialty areas is preferred.
