PCU Registered Nurse Job in Fort Myers, FL

Health Park Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 92-day travel assignment in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). You'll work 3x12 night shifts and earn $2,272 weekly.

Role Overview

You'll provide direct patient care in a 31-bed Cardiopulmonary PCU unit on the 6W floor. Patient ratios are 4 to 5:1. Your responsibilities include managing patients on critical drips including Heparin, Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Insulin, Lasix, and anti-arrhythmic medications. You will function as core staff and are expected to integrate quickly into the unit's workflow.

Key Requirements

• Current RN licensure with degree accreditation verification or minimum 5 years of experience
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Epic EMR proficiency

Assignment Details

This is a night-shift position running 3x12 hours per week. The assignment begins November 20, 2026, and lasts 92 days. Floating is required—travelers are first to float and may be assigned to sister campuses within the health system. All requested time off must be submitted at the time of assignment submission; no requests will be approved after that deadline.

Workplace Standards

Dress code is Galaxy Blue and/or White Scrubs. You'll work within an established Epic system and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced cardiopulmonary environment.
