PCU Registered Nurse Job in Cape Coral, FL

You will join Cape Coral Hospital as a Registered Nurse on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), a 40-bed ortho and general surgical unit. This is a 92-day travel assignment starting November 6, 2026, working 3x12 nights at $2,139.19 per week.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a 4:1 patient ratio, with potential to flex to 6:1 depending on staffing and acuity
• Function as core staff and integrate fully into the unit team
• Float as needed to sister campuses within the system; travelers are first to float
• Document and communicate using the Epic EMR system

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Degree accreditation verification or 5 years of experience
• Ability to work within a 50-mile radius of the facility
