PCU Registered Nurse Job in Fort Myers, FL

Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Progressive Care Unit. This is a 92-day travel assignment beginning December 4, 2026.

Role Overview

You will work in a 36-bed Orthopedic Spine unit (6W Ortho Spine) as a core staff member. Your patient ratio will be 4 to 6:1, and you will be expected to function as an integral part of the unit team.

Schedule

This position offers 3x12 night shifts per week at $2,272 weekly pay.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Degree accreditation on profile OR 5 years of acute care experience
• Prior travel experience preferred

Expectations

You will use the Epic EMR system during your assignment. Floating is required, and as a traveler, you will be first-call for floating needs. You may float to sister campuses when necessary.
