ICU RN Job in Parker, CO

You will provide direct patient care in a 16-bed mixed medical ICU at AdventHealth Parker. This role offers a 90-day assignment with 3x12-hour night shifts, totaling 36 hours per week.

Schedule Details

• 3x12-hour night shifts per week
• 6 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule
• No on-call requirements
• Willingness to float to regional locations (Avista, Castle Rock, Littleton, Parker, Porter) with at least 2 hours notice
• Internal call-off policy: weekend or holiday call-offs may result in being scheduled on another weekend or holiday

Patient Care Environment

• 16-bed mixed medical ICU serving trauma, neurosurgery, and medical patients
• Adult and geriatric patient populations
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 2:1 in ICU
• Float to Cardiac and Stroke units as needed with maximum ratio of 3:1
• Remote and on-unit telemetry monitoring
• EPIC EMR system

Requirements

• RN degree
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• TCAR certification must be completed prior to start date
• Navy Blue scrub color requirement

Compensation & Timeline

• Weekly pay: $2,450.61
• 90-day assignment
• Start date: September 8, 2026
