ED RN Job in Wenatchee, WA

Confluence Health Hospital-Central Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This is a 92-day travel assignment beginning November 16, 2026, offering competitive pay and the opportunity to work in a dynamic acute-care setting.

Position Details

• Schedule: 3x12 days per week, 36 hours weekly at $2,560 per week
• Shift times: 11:00 AM or 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 1:00 AM
• Location: Wenatchee, WA

Responsibilities

You will coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process and unit-specific standards of practice. Your role includes developing, implementing, and reassessing individualized care plans; administering medications and performing nursing procedures; and documenting care, assessments, and patient responses accurately. You will evaluate discharge plans for appropriateness and educational needs, conduct holistic ongoing assessments, and address patients' physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs. Patient and family education on health topics is essential, as is delegation of tasks to non-licensed assistive personnel and collaboration across the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Washington State or Compact RN Licensure required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC
• Ability to function within Washington Nurse Practice Act guidelines and unit standards
• Willingness to float as a sitter and potentially rotate to Mares Campus as needed

You will maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff in accordance with hospital and unit policies. This role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment while providing compassionate care.
